Ingredients
2 large red applesLemon juice
2 stalks celery, washed well
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup mayonnaise or plain yogurt
1/2 cup raisins
Instructions
Wash apples, cut in halves and remove cores and stems. Chop well and squirt with lemon juice to avoid browning.Finely slice celery. Mix walnuts, apples and raisins together in large serving bowl. Spoon mayonnaise or yogurt on top and mix well.
Serve chilled on a splendid bed of fresh greens.
