Description: This delicious treat is used mainly for royal eivish weddings. It is included in all the famed royal elvish weddings, including King Aragorn and Queen Arwen's. (It has been remodified from the old elvish ingredients way to prepare it into the modern way.)

Ingredients
4 (1-ounce) bars unsweetened baking chocolate10 tablespoons margerine or butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup unsifted flour
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated)
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
Green food coloring (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt chocolate with 8 tablespoons of margarine.In bowl, combine chocolate mixture with sugar, 3 eggs, vanilla, and flour. In mixer bowl, beat cheese, 2 tablespoons margarine, and cornstarch until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk then remaining ingredients. Pour over brownie layer. Bake 30 minutes or until set. Top with glaze. Cool. Chill. Cut into bars.
(To make glaze: Melt 1 cup (6-ounces) semisweet chocolate chips with 1/2 cup of whipping cream. Cook and stir until thickened.)

These royal wedding chocholate squares are divine! They are fugelike but not too sweet. I definitly recommend them.(especially for royal weddings)
****Note!!! After you mix the chocolate and other ingredients, you need to spread it in a greased 13×9-inch baking pan and bake for 12 minutes then continue on the other steps!!!!! Sorry, I forgot to put that on here. Anyway, Ihope you enjoy them. My family,friends, and I sure do!!
When my youth pastor decided he wanted to have a LotR extended version party in the church, my friend and I voluntered to make some Middle Earth-y food. We made this and it was a big hit! But we used muffin tins for a slightly more elegant look. Very yummy!
