Ingredients
100g tin tuna fish2 teaspoons mayonnaise
a pinch of salt
1 stalk of celery
4 lettuce leaves
1 tomato
Instructions
Drain all liquid from the tuna.Put the tuna into a mixing bowl and add the mayonnaise and salt.
Wash the celery stalk and chop it up finely on a chopping board. Add to the mixing bowl.
Stir the mixture. If it's a bit dry add more mayonnaise.
Wash the lettuce leaves and dry.
Put 2 lettuce leaves in each serving bowl.
Pile the mixture on top of the lettuce evenly. Serve the salad with a "waterlily tomato*.
* To make, cut the tomato into a series of V-shaped cuts right round the outside. cutting through to the middle of the tomato.
