Ingredients
2 cups butter, softened1 cup icing sugar, sifted
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla extarct
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 c. chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
Oven: 325 degrees F. (160 degrees C.)Cream butter and icing sugar together with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Beat in cornstarch and vanilla extract. Gradually add flour, stirring in chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until very light golden.
Makes 60 to75 cookies, 75 calories per cookie.

these are really good. i think they need a little more sugar, but i live on sugar, so……yeah…..
This is a really good recipe! I love it, the cookies are absolutely delicious! I tried them with nuts as well as chocolate chips and I cannot say which is best, they are both very good!
