Ingredients

3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 cups cooked rice
2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced and diced
1 cup celery (optional)
1 small onion (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 cup almonds (optional)
1 cup corn flakes, crushed

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except for the last three in a baking dish. Top the casserole with the last three ingredients. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
