Ingredients
6 oz. milk1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. honey
Dash ground cinnamon or ground nutmeg
Instructions
Scald milk over low heat, being careful to remove from heat before it boils.Add sugar, honey, cinnamon or nutmeg. Stir well before serving so sweeteners and spices dissolve.
Wonderful before bedtime.

it’s also really good if you put whipped cream on top, the sprinkle powdered sugar on that.

it was a bit nerve racking watching for bubbles to avoid boiling the milk, but the end result was well worth the effort! This is DELICIOUS! Thank you so much for posting it~ I will definitely be having this in the future.
