Ingredients

6 oz. milk
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. honey
Dash ground cinnamon or ground nutmeg

Instructions

Scald milk over low heat, being careful to remove from heat before it boils.

Add sugar, honey, cinnamon or nutmeg. Stir well before serving so sweeteners and spices dissolve.

Wonderful before bedtime.
