Ingredients

2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
0,75 cup water
Hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
or 2-3 tablespoons roasted sunflower seeds:

Serving suggestion: butter and jam

Instructions

Put all the dry ingredients in a small plastic bag before leaving for your adventure.

You´ll need a fire, some friends to help and also clean sticks about 3 feet long and as thick as your finger.

When the fire is ready, open the bag, add water, close the bag again and knead for a minute, just until you get a loose dough.
Take a small amount of dough and roll it in your palms into an approx. six inches-long ?snake?.

Twine it around the upper end of a stick and roast over the fire for about 5 minutes. Turn the stick often ? you don´t want a black crust on your bread.

Carefully remove the hot bread from the stick, put some butter and/or jam in the hole left by the stick and?the rest is pure enjoyment!

Some bread will inevitably fall off the stick and end up in the fire? but the rest will be delicious.
