Ingredients

-Filling-
2 8-oz. packages light cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1 10-oz. package frozen raspberries in syrup, thawed, pureed and strained

-Pie Crust-
22 chocolate cookies, finely crushed
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 F.

-Pie Crust-
Mix crushed cookies and butter in medium bowl. Press firmly on bottom and side of 9-inch pie plate. Set aside.

-Filling-
Beat cream cheese, sugar, milk and vanilla in medium bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until smooth. Beat in eggs just until combined.

Transfer 1 cup batter to small bowl; stir in cocoa. Spoon half the chocolate batter into pie crust. Evenly pour white batter over chocolate batter. Top with spoonfuls of remaining chocolate batter. Swirl batters with knife to create a marbled effect.

Bake at 325 F for 35 to 40 minutes or until set. Cool completely on wire rack.

Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Serve with pureed raspberries.

For a pretty presentation, drizzle some raspberry sauce in a zigzag pattern over individual dessert before placing these elegant Elvish pies on the platter.
