Ingredients
Salad:8 cups Spinach
1/4 cup chopped almonds or walnuts
1 can well-drained mandarin oranges
Dressing:
1/4 cup olive oil (or vegetable oil)
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
Instructions
Mix the spinach, almonds, and oranges in a large bowl.In a small bowl, mix the Dressing ingredients until well combined; pour over salad.
Mix salad till all the spinach leaves are well-coated.
