Ingredients
6 - medium baking potatoes, peeled and halved lengthwise.½ tsp. Garlic powder
2 tbsp. Grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. Dry bread crumbs
Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Generously spray a non-stick cooking spray on a 13 x 9 inch pan. Cut deep slits on rounded sides of potatoes at ¼ inch intervals. Place potatoes slit side up in prepared pan. In small saucepan or microwave, melt margarine. Stir in garlic powder. Spoon or brush evenly over potatoes. Bake for 40 minutes. Baste with pan drippings occasionally. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs and bake an additional 10 minutes or until tender.

What is it with this cooking spray???
Try baking paper.
This is a good recipe, but I used the washed baby white and red spuds quartered. Less cooking time even with turning them once.
And I added some chopped Rosemary
