Ingredients

8 ounces plain soy milk
3-5 large ice cubes
2 tablespoons peanut butter (preferably smooth)
1 tablespoon honey
1 large ripe banana

Instructions

Place soy milk and ice in blender, add peanut butter, then honey and banana; blend on high for 1-2 minutes.

Drink with a straw in a frosted glass.
