Ingredients
6 peaches, peeled and sliced1-1/4 cups water
1/3 cup cooking sherry
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 cup orange juice (the kind with pulp is the best!)
Instructions
Heat water, sherry, and sugar to boiling. Add peaches, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Cover and reduce heat to low; simmer, covered, 20 minutes.Remove from heat and add orange juice.
Pour mixture into your Middle-earth blender and press HIGH until everything is of a similar consistency. Chill, garnish with raspberry jam and edible flowers.

We made this soup, among other dishes for my birthday dinner. It was fabulous! It’s also good hot, too, before you chill it.
