Ingredients

1 banana
2 tsp. 4-nut butter (the one you get here contains peanuts, almonds, cashews and hazelnuts)
plain yoghurt
(honey or sugar if you really think it needs to be sweeter – I don’t)



Instructions

Cut the banana in slices, add nut butter and yoghurt, stir and eat.
