Ingredients
2 - 3 lbs. carrots1 large onion
1 green pepper
1 can tomato soup
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup vinegar
3/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
Instructions
Cook carrots till tender crisp and drain. Add chopped onion and green pepper. Combine remaining ingredients in separate bowl and then pour dressing over vegetables. Marinate in refrigerater 24 hours.
