Ingredients

2 large, open capped mushrooms
50g butter
2 slices of white bread, crumbed
1 egg, beaten
salt
pepper
parsley
Chedder cheese

Instructions

Preheat an oven to 200 degrees celcius. Clean the mushrooms and crumd the bread. Melt the butter over a hob then coat the mushrooms with about half the butter. Make sure the mushrooms are completly coated.
Put the crumbed bread in a bowl. seson to taste with salt, pepper and parsley. Add a beaten egg and then mix untill all the breadcrumbs are wet. Fill the mushroom cups with the breadcrumbs and then sprinkle a little cheddar cheese on top. Pour the rest of the melted butter over the cheese and then place on a greased baking tin to cook in the pre-heated oven for 12 minutes. Check the stuffing if piping hot all the way through before serving
