Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients
3/4 cup Mesquite Marinade with Lime Juice1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1-1.5 lb. top sirlion steak, 1" thick
Instructions
1) Combine marinade and onions in a freezer bag.2) Add steak to marinade (seal bag).
3) Place bag in the freezer.
4) Remove bag from freezer when ready to cook and place in the refrigerator to thaw (the meat will marinate while thawing).
5) Remove steak from bag (discard used marinade).
6) Grill or broil for 8 to 10 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
7) Baste with unused Mesquite Marinade with Lime Juice.
8) Serve and enjoy!

This was DELICIOUS! I served it to my parents. My friends’ parents also came over. They gave it all high ratings. And I was really easy. I thought it would be hard but it was super easy! Thanks for the recipie!
Excellent! I made it with a London Broil though and my family asks for it weekly!
