Ingredients

5 1/4 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. ginger
1/2 t. nutmeg
1/2 t. allspice
1/2 t. salt
2/3 c. oil
2/3 c. honey
1/2 t. vanilla extract
1/2 t. almond extract

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F and grease 9x13 baking dish.
Place oats and sunflower seeds in dish; toast in oven ten minutes.
Remove from oven. Add next nine ingredients (almonds to salt), stirring to combine.
Add remaining ingredients, stirring until well mixed.
Bake granola until golden brown on top, at least fifeen minutes; remove from oven to stir once or twice.
Cool completely on rack, stirring occasionally. This is easy to make, it just has a long ingredient list!
