Ingredients
5 cups rhubarb, cut up1 cup sugar
1 box cake mix (yellow or white) plus eggs, oil, or other ingredients specified on cake mix box
1 cup heavy cream OR evaporated milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Place rhubarb in bottom of greased 9x13 inch pan. Pour sugar over rhubarb.
Prepare cake mix according to package.
Pour prepared cake batter over rhubarb and sugar. Pour cream or evaporated milk over all.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until cake springs back when touched with finger.
