Ingredients

1 cup water
1 cup beer or ale
1/4 cup white or red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper (or a dash)
3 Tbs. parsley flakes
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. rosemary leaves
4 Salmon steaks (or any kind of fish)


Instructions

-Place everything but the fish into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
-Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for a few minutes.
-Place fish in a shallow baking dish with a cover and add enough beer mixture to cover more than half of the fish.
-Place the over on the baking dish and then bake in a 400° F oven for about 15-20 minutes (or until fish becomes tender and flakes with a fork when pierced).
-Serve while piping hot
