Ingredients
1 box zesty croutons, crushed(Pepperidge Farm works well)1 sm. bottle italian dressing
1 lb Haddock
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Place crushed croutons, and italian dressing into separate bowls. Dip haddock into italian dressing, then into crushed croutons. Place fish in baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min, or until fish flakes easily with fork.
