Ingredients

4 medium red potatoes
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup whole milk
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dillweed

Instructions

Wash four red potatoes, cut into small chunks.

Add 1 teaspoon salt to 2 quarts water, add cut-up taters and bring to boil. Boil uncovered approx. 15 minutes, or until taters are fork-tender. Drain.

Add butter and milk and mash for a minute or two. If you prefer more moist taters, add milk gradually. Remove masher and stir in pepper, onion powder and dillweed.

Blend and serve hot, topped with more butter.
