Ingredients

2 cans of canned peaches (cut not diced)
3/4 box of "Jiffy" cake mix
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
Butter (for greasing pan)

Instructions

Pre heat oven to 350 F (175 C). Lightly butter the sides and bottom of a casserole pan. Drain the canned peaches of 3/4 of their juice (the other 1/4 is left for flavor). Pour the peaches and juice into the greased pan. Pour the cake mix on top of the peaches so that they are evenly covered. Sprinke on the cinnamon, and place the pan into the oven. Cook for 1 hour or until the crust turns a brown color. Serve with ice cream, or whipped cream.
