Ingredients

1 can nacho cheese soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce
2 boneless chicken breasts, cubed and cooked
Tortilla chips (optional)

Instructions

Place first 3 ingredients into a medium-large pot over medium heat, stirring every couple of minutes to remove lumps.

When the soup is heated, mix in chicken cubes and pour into bowls. Sprinkle tortilla chips on top, if desired.

Further options:

*Several drops of hot sauce, added after cooking to retain flavor

* Chili powder, cumin, or paprika--same as above

*Grated Cheddar or pepper Jack cheese on top

*A spoonful of salsa or and/or dollop of sour cream

*Chopped green onions, parsley, or cilantro
