Ingredients

3 potatoes (smaller red ones work best)
Olivie Oil
Rosemary
Salt
Pepper

Instructions

Slice the potatoes into semi-thick slices.
Heat the skillet and pour in a small amount of olive-oil. Drop in the potatoes and the olive-oil should start to sizzle.
Add rosemary and fry for about 8 minutes, turning the slices over when the bottoms are golden brown.
Turn off heat, and sprinkle on salt and pepper. Depending on how much pepper you use, this can be very spicy! Have some water on hand!
