Dash fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 c. milk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
6 eggs

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Melt butter or margarine over low heat. Stir in next 4 ingredients, mixing well. Continue stirring and cook until smooth and thickened.
