Ingredients

4 tblsp of vegetable oil
1 sliced onion
1 sliced garlic
2 sliced potatoes
2 cups green peas
1 cup cauliflower
2 sliced tomatoes
10 peels of cut cabbage (at least)
2 sliced carrots
1 cup corn
2 cups cooked non-sticky rice
2 tsp salt
4 tblsp soy sauce
1 tsp of chilli powder

Instructions

Fry the onion and garlic in oil in a pan until it turns brown. Add the vegetables to the pan, fry for 5 minutes stirring all the time. Add rice into the pan followed by the salt, soy sauce and chili powder and let it fry for 10 minutes. Be sure to continue stirring.

Serve with a garnish with fresh cabbage on the side of the plate.
