Ingredients

The quantity depends on the size of the ovenproof dish you're going to use, but for two hobbits or three men it is suggested to use:


1/2 kilo of frozen spinach
2 onions
1/2 kilo mushrooms
4 big tomatoes
potato/maize starch
8 leaves of lasagna (depending on the size of the dish)
some olive oil
a bit of butter

Instructions

first cut the onion into fine pieces, then fry it in a little olive oil and add the frozen spinach. Let this cook until the spinach is unfrozen and hot.
Keep the mixture seperately in a bowl.
Then slice the tomatoes and the mushrooms (you can peel the tomatoes if you like). First bake the mushrooms in some oil and after a few minutes, add the tomatoes, boil until the tomatoes have become tomatosauce, and add some starch to thicken the sauce.

Butter the ovenproof dish and put in a layer of spinach/onion, then a few leafs of lasagna (to cover it completely) and a layer of tomato/mushrooms mixture. Then add a layer of lasagna again and start over! Repeat until dish is full and put it in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes on 180°C
