Gender: male

Location: Gondor
Family: Mother- Balenithil, Father- Faelas, Sister- Cenaluin
Animals: A sturdy black stallion named Perth.

Personality: Arandir is first and foremost loyal to his King. He is the trusted son of a nobleman and close friend to King Elessar. He is as his name suggests, kingly. He is noble, honest, and brave of heart. He is a warrior, always prepared. Sometimes a bit overprotective of his sister, but he feels it is his right as her big brother. Arandir has a good sense of humor and can be quite jovial and funny, with a lovely dose of sarcasm. Most of the time Arandir is serious and stoic (or boring as his sister calls it). He can be a bit stubborn and determined to the point of annoyance. He holds great pride not only in himself and his family but also in following rules and loyalties. He is not one to falter in the face of danger, and is a very efficient and adaptable fighter with a mind for strategy. He is best with a broadsword or a lance on a horse but never with a bow and arrow. Shooting tiny sticks really isn’t his strong suit. Heaving heavy bolder-like rocks over his shoulder on the other hand, no problem. The friends he keeps he will stand by through the worst of times. He has a strong sense of morals. He never questions his loyalties though he does sometimes question the values of right and wrong.

Appearance: Arandir is tall but his filled out form seems to even out his stature. He has broad shoulders, muscular arms and a chiseled abdomen from practicing with weapons and riding horses every day. His hair is brown, of medium length and tends to be a bit wavy and somewhat unruly in humidity. He has keen grey eyes, angular features and a strong jawline. His complexion is tanned from spending his days outdoors. He is very hygienic but can’t be bothered to shave most days and has a bit of stubble most of the time. He wears the formal garb of a Gondorian noble, and is often dressed in the armor of a citadel guard.

History:

Arandir has grown up alongside his younger sister Cenaluin, and is very protective of her. He has grown accustom to the comforts being a nobleman, a knight, and guard of the citadel provides, but does not take it for granted like some. His father Faelas was a noble from Dol Amroth, and his mother from Minas Tirith. His father before him was a guard of the citadel and a member of the council, with his father’s death Arandir became the trusted friend and council to the King.
