Personality: Ardinlas is very proud, but very secretive about her past. She is quick to anger and can get defensive about herself. However, Ardinlas is very loyal to her companions. She is extremely fearsome in battle and has a very intense fire in her eyes that can quell the hearts of the most hardened warriors. Ardinlas is courageous and prefers solitude to company.
Appearance: Ardinlas is tall and lithe like a willow. She has brown hair and blue-grey green hazel eyes. She has the grace of the Elves, but also has the strength of Men. She doesn't have a light in her eyes like her mother did, but instead she has an intense fire. Her demeanor is that of an Elf. Most often is dressed in the clothes of a traveling warrior with a cloak and the brooch of a mithril oak leaf, which is her symbol. Always wears a mithril leaf pendant given to her by Thranduil.
History:
Much is unknown. She is the daughter of Arnedil, a Sindarin Elf of Mirkwood and the sister of King Thranduil, and Arinar, a descendant of the Dunedain and a close friend to Aragorn. She was born in Mirkwood, but after her father died when she was 10, her mother moved her to the Shire. Arnedil died from an Orc arrow when Ardinlas was about a score of years old. She stayed with her mother’s people for about a year until she fled Mirkwood and became a wanderer. She lost Wyndfar to Orcs in her first battle, but she soon regained it. Shadow came to her as a colt foaled in Eriador. His dam is not known. Shadow has been with Ardinlas since a year after she left Mirkwood.
