Personality: Because of her unhappy past, Ariel keeps mostly to herself. She has a very sweet temperment though. She is by nature very untrusting, especially of other races. Like most all Noldor, she dislikes the Sindar strongly. She is known as a great healer and knows just about every plant in Valinor as well as Middle-Earth.
Appearance: Long dark hair, deep blue eyes, slender, graceful.
History:
Ariel was born in Valinor and for a time, lived happily. Her family left with Feanor in his rebellion. She was good friends with most of Feanor’s sons, especially Maedhros. Ariel’s younger sisters perished in a storm on the voyage from Valinor and her father and brothers were slain in battle. Her mother lost her mind when her husband died and in her madness jumped from a cliff. Ariel eventually became a handmaid to Finduilas in Nargothrond. She won much renown as a great healer there.
