Yet when not upon the plains or on errand Beadumód is found to be kindly and loyal to his King, family, country and friends.

Appearance: Beadumód is well built being a guard, yet a scar starts at the bridge of his nose and runs thinly across his left cheek from the battle and Helm's Deep. He has pale gold hair with grey eyes as with most rohan poeple.

History:

Beadumód son of Beorn has ever sought to be a warrior of renown since the fall of his father. As a child he would oft hear the tale of his fathers bravery from his mother. Once Beorn had fallen he took it upon himself to care for his mother, Léohthwít and his sister Rielwyn. In the days of childhood Beadumód befriended Faemne, their first meeting was one that he recalls of pain as he rather meet her bite then her words. Beadumód soon found himself advancing among the ranks of Rohan’s finest and found that the quicker he rose to the title of marshall the less able he was to care for his kin. So on the day of his becoming a Marshall, Beadumód gave to Rielwyn the charge of keeping the armoury and standard of Beorn. Often Beadumód was aborad in the riding of the King and when time allowed he would return briefly to Edoras at times bearing gifts. Each time he did return he was proud to see his sister blossom into a Lady of the Court of Edoras.

In his 20th year Beadumód was proud to see Rielwyn enter the court of Edoras, yet it was also in this year that while riding near to Fangorn Beadumód was called back to Edoras. He rode back with all haste and no sooner had he entered the gates that he learnt the news of Léohthwít’s passing. Beadumód did not allow himself to grieve long; he now had another in his care. When Beadumód next left he left his sister in the care of the court knowing that there she would be kept well. His life went on in the fashion of brief times at Edoras and long rides away from his home til the time of Helm’s Deep. His sister pleaded with him but he denied her both the chance of riding with him and the plea for him to stay. Beadumód fought along side Theoden and Eomer at Helm’s Deep. There, moments away from Gandalf’s return he was injured by an Uruk pike. Weak and on verge of death he slew the mighty Uruk before his fell and lost consciousness. He was scared and he lay in slumber near to death, but his wounds were healed well and his recovery was quick. Though his recovery was fast it was not hasty enough for Theoden and Eomer had ridden for Gondor on the morn of his waking. It was in his recovery that he swore not to allow Rielwyn to suffer again in worry and he took more seriously then before the role of caretaker to his kin.

Beadumód still remains bitter, for that of Léohthwít’s passing and that he did not ride to the Battle of Pelennor Fields with Theoden and aid his king in his last, most desperate hour. Upon Eomer’s return to Edoras Beadumód pledged a-new his loyalty and his sword in service to the Mark.
