History:
Formerly an inhabitant of Eregion, Belegann was sent with Merkawen on her quest. Although memebers of the company were lost, Belegann decides to continue the new quest to recover the message. Earlier in his life, he got word that Eregion was going to be destroyed, and rode to try to save it.
