Personality: Cheerful and exhuberant, fond of simple jests at all times and of six meals a day (when he can get them). Quick with a story, a rhyme, or a song, and bursting with enthusiasm for any new undertaking. Unusually curious for a Hobbit (dare I say, perhaps even "adventureous"), almost to the point of being unrespectable. This trait has been locally explained as a particularly strong example of Took eccentricity.
Appearance: Curly brown hair, brown eyes, all the usual Hobbit features, a small scar on forehead from a childhood accident of falling out of a walnut tree.
Fidgety and possessing a boundless energy in mannerism.
History:
Nothing remarkable, and without incident, except for one infamous night during the Over-Lithe celebration of 3014, which resulted in both costing Darrow Puddifoot a new barn door and earning Bingo the nickname of the “Little Mathom of Tuckborough”.
