Gender: 2
Race: elf
Height: 5'11
Age: young for an elf
Family: Mother- Lhosswen, Father- Rhuicelw
Animals: Mîdh a white stallion from Rohan given to her by Gifuléon.
Weapons: Sword, long knife, daggers in each boot, long bow and arrows with white feathers.

Personality: Vibrant and youthful Cellárë has the heart of a songbird. She has a great thirst for knowledge, she is also very curious, and is quite skilled in the art of music as well as being good with her hands, Gifuléon has taught her how to craft things from wood, fletch an arrow and she has a fine respect for weaponry and metalwork though she has never tried such detailing with metal. She is often quiet and sweet, to some upon first impressions she may appear a bit shy, delicate or demure though she is fiery and spirited. Cellárë is passionate and full of life. She is somewhat stubborn for an elf, something she learned from Gifuléon and a quality she still carries. For this reason she sometimes forgets when to hold her tongue and has a hidden strength and courage. Another trait she learnt from Gifuléon was the art of horseback ridding. She knows her way around a weapon, and is particularly skilled with a bow but fairs well enough with a sword in practice, though she has never partaken in battle of any kind. She could probably be a great warrior had she the training, but Cellárë’s heart is far too gentle for such violence, she could never bring herself to kill any living creature. She is witty, and has a tendency to be glib at times, and tends to aggravate her opponents with her words, and uses cleverness rather than attack them head on with weapons. She is very loyal and often puts others needs before her own. She is always willing to help others whether they want her help or not, and is not judgmental. She seems to love and respect every race and person. She can be quite playful and mischievous which can get her into trouble.

Appearance: Her hair is white-gold or silver cascading to her low back, the front strands usually held back from her fair face in an elaborate style with twine or ribbon. She is tall and slender, though her figure athletically curvaceous. Her eyes are wide and the brightest bluey-green like the spray of the sea, they seem to ungulate and shift like that of the sea, and sometimes appear silver or a pale shade of violet. She wears dresses, she appears delicate and beautiful.

History:

Born at the beginning of the third age to Lhosswen, and Rhuicelw. Her father was of the Noldor and her mother Teleri. Her father fought fiercely in The Last Alliance of Elves and Men, and lived long enough to see the beginning of the third age and the birth of his daughter’s life. Cellárë like her mother had one of the most beautiful voices. Cellárë was raised in her very early years in Lindon under the rule of Gil-galad and later Círdan ruled Lindon through the Third Age. Cellárë has a great love for the sea due to her mother. Rhuicelw and Lhosswen were killed in an ambush when traveling to Imladris to seek council with Lord Elrond as to the growing shadows in the east and the fall of Arnor.

Cellárë was then raised by one of the Dúnedain Gifuléon as his own. She grew up amongst humans and learned to love the ways of both men and elves. She often road with Gifuléon, the Dúnedain she grew to know as her father figure, and sang to entertain the peoples of the west.

When on one such ride with Gifuléon to Imladris, a trusted advisor and marshal of the Dúnedain, they were attacked by servants of Sauron in the Trollshaws. Two trolls were upon them. Gifuléon sacrificed himself to save her and gave her time to escape. Trolls were dull and stupid creatures. One of the trolls, the one with arrows in his shoulder, seemed distracted momentarily by the arrow imbedded in his hand. He proceeded to yank it from his palm giving Cellárë the opportunity she needed to escape as Gifuléon fell. Cellárë fled further into the Trollshaws with the horde of darkness at her heels. Cellárë was skilled with a map, more so than with a weapon, and although she did not remember Imladris knew of its existence from the lullabies and stories her mother had told her as a wee child, Lhosswen had been quite close to Lord Elrond, Cellárë had visited Imladris once when she was first born. Cellárë barely managed to slip away but was injured as the trolls continued to smash Gifuléon and fight over who would eat him like the plaything of a restless child. She rode onto Imladris carrying a broken heart but did not look back for fear of what lay behind her.
