Personality: Very lighthearted with a knack for laughing. He can find happiness in any situation, and likes to wander. He has several old friends, and even more new ones, but he doesn't have a 'best friend,' at least not yet...
Appearance: Redish gold hair that's cut fairly short; sea-grey eyes that sparkle. Fairly tall and muscular. He is good at gymanstics and likes to do cartwheels and flips.
History:
Celtenim grew up in Valinor and crossed Helcaraxe with Fingolfin, who he served until the elf-lord’s death. After that he wandered Beleriand and saw many things–he became friends with dwarves and men, and some other elves. When Isildur became king, he pledged his alliegience to him, and was in the service of the kings indirectly throughout their reign. After the stewards took control, he spent much time in Arnor, though occasionally he made it down to Gondor.
