Personality: If there is one thing that Céodern believes in, it is hope. He will never give up, no matter how hopeless it seemed. His men that serve under him also learn from him. He is a leader.
Appearance: Rider's clothes. Dirty blond hair, heavy chain mail in battle. Close-fitting helm of Rohan.
History:
Captain of his éodred, after he suceeded his father, Ecglaf, who died at Helm’s Deep, before the War of the Ring had really began. Led his éodred to battle at the Pellenor Fields; mourned for his father afterwards. Now he helps to rebuild the Westfold and the rest of Rohan from the attacks of Saruman.
