Personality: A follower of The Faithful. Cir takes his devotion serious and is indeed...faithful, but also knows how to loosen up. His a stern warrior, but a amusing dock worker. He has humour and knows when to use. Sometimes he can be too rational.

History:
Being born a descendent of the 12th King of Numenor Cir’s life is devoted to the coast. He loved ship building and everything about the sea, but remains behind the ban of the Valar…kindly reluctantly and makes his craft his living in Romenna.
He stays true to the Valar no matter…being part of the The Faithful. “…those Numenoreans who were not estranged from the Eldar in the days of Tar- Ancalimon and later kings.” (Sil index: pg. 327)
Cir is good friends with the household of Amandil and Elendil, befriendin Isildur his child hood friend.
