Animals: none...he's always dreamed of having a cat, but his enlistment in the rangers didn't give him time to get one, not to mention pets aren't allowed in the rangers
Weapons: A short bow, which he uses in combat, and a small knife, which he uses to gather herbs
Personality: Elmar is outgoing and friendly. He is a brilliant writer, and often pens long letters home to his parents in Minas Tirith. He's impatient, however, and a little too curious. He is also VERY talkative. He would love to travel, but he can never find the time. He really wants to visit Rohan and Isengard. Well, Isengard is a maybe while Saruman lives.
Appearance: Elmar is somewhere between 5 or 6 feet. He has sandy blone hair and dresses in ranger garb. He is never seen without a sachel, which he keeps filled with herbs, bandages, and other medical supplies.
History:
Elmar was born in Dol Amroth and raised there. He learned to use herbs from a friend of his there. When Sauron returned to Mordor, his parents moved to Minas Tirith, hoping to escape the forces of the dark lord. One day, while out walking, Elmar tripped over a piece of paper lying in the street. It turned out to be a recruitment notice for a band of rangers. Elmar joined the band to protect his parents in any way he can.
