History:

After news of the Dwarves headed towards the Misty Mountain, he was taken to a cavern and closed inside while a boy. There he was surrounded by cursed gems. The curse enabled him to gain powers of wisdom, and the usage of ice and fire energy. He never quite knew if he was hidden there to find the curse or if it just happened to happen. Many say he was able to gain his powers by a dark spirit, but others say it was a guardian who granted them to him. (Hints the fact that half his heart is light and the other dark.) Perhaps they are both correct. The only way to save him of his turning dark heart was ironically to find a woman of goodness who could enchant his heart. After a cold journey (Cold indeed) He finally found her. As I said However, it was a cold journey. His powers had seemed to become out of control. He set parts of Middle-Earth on Fire, while others he froze any living organism that could have been alive. After about 300 years of walking in tempature confusion, this woman, Lady Cafadra saved his heart.
