Personality: he isent vain and a bit arrogent. he is very open minded most of the time and honest. when his in the mood he can be pritty romantic he hates most vilonce, and has a phobiea of hourses.
when in the mood he can be very sarcastic, horiible and quite evil. when in that kind of mood he loves to critise everything and will mock people for their stupidity. of corse this is usally followed by an appoligy when they bring out a stuffed horse or a real live one.
Appearance: long brown hair with blond streaks, when i say long i mean knee lengh. he usally has it tied back by a ribbon and sometimes gets mistaken for a girl. he also likes to put his hair up to make it seem shorter. he dosn't bother cutting his hair because he grows very quickly. he wears the usal elven colours of brown and green. and if he dresses up he goes with pail pastel colours instead of bright ones. he has soft lavander eyes and is very soft spoken.
History:
when he was young his parents got killed by a group of stampeading hourses, poor Felix had been with them and witnessed the intire thing, he just managed to leave with his life. and their for he ganed a fear for hourses. orphaned at an early age, he lived with his foster family but with the lac of attention they gave him he started to steal from others. he evn got quite good at it. but the ties of fate stopped this habbit when his foster mother was murderd by a man who tried to burgle their home. Felix was so upset about this that he promised himself he would never steal again unless his life depended on it. or he was short of cash. for the remaining years of his life he moved around middle earth for a bit, getting jobs for anything that dint include hourses. because of this we cnat be too shour of his age (he lost count when he got to 250)
after the war of the ring he got married to Menelfaroth (bounty).
