Personality: Glimmer is almost always very happy, but occasionally mischeivous. Whenever she is mad she has a hot boiling temper that could burn anything in her path, but soon her cheerful nature comes out again. She loves to sing, take long rides on her butterfly, and everybody loves to wait on her because she is so beautiful (and she enjoys that). She enjoys writing happy songs about her life, and playing with wild dragonflies and hummingbirds. She also enjoys an occasional ale. She fears snakes, any large creatures (especially pigs, llamas, goats, and very fat men), brocolli, collard greens, and overweight hamsters. She loves the night and darkness, so she can feel the cool breeze, and see the twinkle of the moon and stars.
Appearance: Glimmer is tall for a pixie, and has long reddish brown hair with a black streak. She has pale skin, thickly lashed hazel eyes, delicately pointed ears, and nearly always has a grin on her tiny mouth and sparkling white teeth. She wears a strapless, light blue dress that falls just below her hips, and has a bracelet, necklace, and anklet with moon shaped charms. Her thin, transparent, pointy wings are all colors of the rainbow, and you can see them faintly glowing in the dark. She has one tiny star beside her left eye. Also, when she is mad, her hair turns bright red.
History:
Glimmer was raised in a hollow tree in Neverland. She grew up befriending the Mermaids of Mermaid Lagoon, Peter Pan, and his troup of Lost Boys. Very recently, Glimmer’s mother, Glitter, was asked by Captain Hook to help him fly. Upon refusing (because of his ugliness, fattness, and unshaven beard), he sent her to the Indians. After discovering that she was too small to do chores, the Cheif ordered her to be burned at the stake. She made them so mad that they turned red and stayed like that forever (thus the red man became red).
After their mother’s death, Tinkerbell and Glimmer were in sorrow and despair, but they wore black for only one day, because they discovered that they looked much better in bright colors. Glimmer left Neverland to escape her sorrows, and her sister, and decided to visit Wendy.
She got lost, ended up in Middle-earth, and fell in love with the place. She met Lord Elrond’s daughter, Arwen, who was riding her pretty white horse, and they instantly became fast friends. She now shares a room with the princess of Rivendell, for only the price of rinsing one dish per day. She is knownby her elf friends as Silme (meaning starlight).
She occasionally goes around having adventures, and looking for other pixies to play with.
