Personality: She is very playful and does nothing but play. She causes havoc where ever she goes and is quite a trouble maker. She is friendly and is quickly loved by people. She does not know the meaning of mean and hate and jealous. She is very sneaky and is the best at eavesdropping and well.....not being caught. She is basically the sneak and quietest hobbit kid you could find....useful for spying on enemies if you need her too..(enemies as in mean children but as she grows older she will spy more evil people) Hallie really loves it when all eyes are on her but she is not greedy or annoying so most find her very good at entertaining.

Appearance: She is tall for her age of hobbit. And she has curly brown hair and rudy skin. She has extremely hairy feet for a girl and has big green eyes. She likes to wear pants and stuff the boys would.
