Personality: She is very mystical to those who have heard of her. She loves everything in nature. Rumours say that she has a magical harp that she plays when she sings, and anyone that hears it falls into an enchantment. Evil will flee before her, but those of good will will be placed under her protection, as long they are in the forest.
Appearance: IlsalÃrë is a beautiful being, with the appearance of a mortal woman but the grace and wisdom of the elven kind. She wears a soft, flowing silver-grey gown with a grey shawl wrapped about her shoulders, and a small chain around her waist that shimmers like silver rain. Her hair is light blonde, with a crown of leaves atop her head.
History:
At one time, Ilsalírë helped to tend the gardens of Lorien in Valinor. Passing into Middle Earth, she took to forests and rivers, running with the deer and singing with the birds. Before leaving Valinor, Yavanna had a harp made for her, and placed the power of enchantment over it, so that she might use it for good. Good she has used it for, and thus kept those of evil will out of Fangorn.
