Personality: Jalen's childhood as an orphan on the dusty streets of the southern regions hardened her and taught her the art of battle and theivery. She knows how to pick locks, steal without being seen, and lie her way out of almost any situation. Yet, her heart is honest. She only acquired those skills to survive. Jalen does not trust strangers easily, but once her friendship is given, her loyalty knows no bounds. She will die to protect her friends without a second thought. Jalen is not talkative, preferring to listen, instead, and gather information, rather than revealing it. She longs in her heart to find a place and people who will welcome her. A place where she will finally feel at home after so many years without one.

Appearance: Jalen is well built and very muscular from her years on the streets and then being trained as a warrior. She has long black hair with a slight wave to it and a matte complexion. Only her eyes, which are golden, contrast with the rest of her coloring which is typical for the southern people from which she is descended.
