History:

Born to Silvan father and Noldorin mother living in Mirkwood. Her mother was not originally from Mirkwood but Rivendell, and appeared at the gates one spring hundreds of years before. Rumor had it that her mother was descended from one of the Maia, and the other Elves always thought her to be a little odd. Nonetheless, an Elf lord became enamoured of her beauty- which was rivaled by very few of the Elves alive in Middle-Earth.

Lythvelenui had no joy in the dark forest of Mirkwood and took to wandering when she was a few hundred years old. She often returned to visit her parents who would not leave their home. She enjoyed roaming Middle-Earth and often strayed close to the dwellings of men. She also had a silver-gray horse she named Elemmírë after one of the most ancient stars.

After a few hundred years of moving from place to place, she settled in Lothlórien, still visiting her parents regularly. She lived in a talan like other Elves and was fond of the niphredil and elanor. She lived there for years uncounted before moving again, this time to Rivendell.

Inwe was truly happy in the realm of Lord Elrond, living near the river and singing under the stars. After about 500 years of living there in peace, a group of 13 Dwarves and a Hobbit passed through with Gandalf the Wizard. Some time after the travelers left, she heard news of the Battle of Five Armies and went home to see her parents. Her mother told her her father was slain by an Orc in the battle. Her mother died of grief some time after.

She remained in Mirkwood for the next 60 years, and developed a brother-sister relationship with Legolas, the prince. After some time, the creature Gollum was entrusted in the care of King Thranduil, until he escaped. Legolas was then sent to Rivendell and she went with him because she wished to visit her former home.

After the War of the Ring when some of her kin, led by Legolas, removed to Ithilien, she settled with them, reunited with her people.
