Personality: Haughty, but extremely loyal to his mistress, Shalain. Like Audun, he is a faithful companion who serves her of his own free will, but he has only one fault - he will attack anyone who approaches him on his blind side. Elves have been known to complain about this, although most of them do it in jest.
Appearance: With those sparkling green eyes that mirror those of his mistress', Ulan has a shaggy grey coat which protects him from the winter chill. When on the move, no horse can match his pace.
History:
Ulan was found in a deserted wolf’s den by Elladan and Elrohir on a hunting trip in the forest of Rivendell, who promptly handed the cub over to their sister to take care of. Growing up, the beast has since followed Shalain into danger no matter what the cost.
