Personality: Vallen believes that the elves should take part in the war. He does not like humans or dwarfs, but he thinks that they should not give up there lands without a fight.
Vallen is skilled in fighting with a glaive and is good at tracking things (a thing learned from the Dunedain).

History:
Vallen fought alongside Gil-Galad and Elendil during the last alliance and was one of the survivors. After the battle, he left and resided in Rivendell with Elrond. He also helped Glorfindel destroy the kingdom of Angmar. Now, he leads about a score of soldiers through the north and to aid Thranduil. In his score, he has 4 captains, each leading a team of 5. All are elves except for a pack of Dunedain, lead by Glawar. The other three captains are Nithalas, Cirion, and Baineth.
His silver hair is a trait of his family. His family worships a unicorn god, so that is why the hoof is in his family.
