History:

He ran away from a life as the son of a lord and the fiance of a princess to become a ranger in the capital city of Dennomir. On his first mission, he was sent into the Forest of the Damned to search for answers to the dissapearance of several hundred townsmen. In the forest he is ambushed by wraiths and almost dies. He is saved by Falar, a woodsman of extraordinary skill and knowledge. He finds that Falar is several centuries old and is the head figure of a paradise-type hidden valley, called the House of Falar. Vaticus lives among them and becomes one of the Sons of Falar, a group of elite woodsman, all of whom are actual sons of Falar. He marries Falar’s youngest daughter (great-great-great granddaughter, really), and live happily, until she dies from a plague. He leaves the House of Falar and wandered the land, before realizing his destiny as king of Dennomir.
