As a young elf Vilverin was very shy and she loved to follow her older brothers around Lorien as they worked their varius jobs as messangers. She would take note of their travels and late at night she would often wander the paths her brothers had walked. When her family made the decision the take the long journey into the West, Vilerin was heartbroken. For an elf who hated change she would refuse to leave, until finally they dragged her to Mithlond. She fell in love with the city and its aura. When her family decided to leave, Vilverin made the biggest decision of her life; to stay a bit longer in Middle-Earth and serve as a maiden for Círdan. For he sensed her wisdom and granted her a place to stay in her quarters along with a few other counselors.

For a couple of years Vilverin spent long days in the city’s main library. Her love for history drew her to the books and the maps of the past. She first learned about the Valar and the first kings of Numenor. She holds the memory of her family kindeling in her heart and prays that one day soon she will see them again in Valinor.
