My favorite would have to be Herugrim, the sword of King Theoden. I have one hanging above my bed. I also love Sting just not as much.

My favorite weapon in LOTR would have to be Hadhafang, Legolas's bow, Strider's sword, and Sting. I have Hadhafang and sting.

wow, I wish I had a sword, I want one so bad. All I would want though is an Elvish sword, anyone! Haldir's would be fantastic, but if I couldn't have that then I'd settle for just an Elvish sword.

My favourite weapon has to be Gimli's battle axe. I don't mean specifically the one shown in the movie (it's great by the way), but the beautiful and deadly weapon I imagined while reading the Lord of the Rings.

I really like Ringil, the sword of Fingolfin. Its shiney. It was said to have glittered like ice. He wounded Morgoth with it.
I also like Aeglos. It was shiney too. Its name means "point snow" or "icicle"
I like the icy kind of weapons I guess.

Gil-galad's glaive is my favorite weapon. Aiglos I believe is its name. It means icicle, according to some translations. You can find it in the Lord of the Rings Weapons and Warfare book.

Aeglos, most deffinitely. It just looks so cool and it seems easier to use then most weapons, except for Legolas's twin blades, which I also like. I'm horrible with bows and arrows, though they do look amazing as well. Ah, but Aeglos is my favorite overall especially since it's like a spear and I like spears.

My favourite is not a canon weapon: Hadhafang, Arwen's movie blade. I'd give two reasons: firstly, that it's elegant and beautifully crafted, lithe yet strong; scondly, I liked the attention they put into its historical background: supposedly forged in the First Age, an heirloom passed down from Idril to Elrond and Arwen.

As a canon weapon: Gurthang, Turin's black sword, initially forged by Eol as Anglachel. Not many swords have spoken back and taken so many lives, foes and friends' alike. It's doomed but strong and vengeful.

That mace that the Witch-King wields in the movie is pretty neat and destructive-looking, if you ask me. Sword-wise, I like the Rohan-style swords, such as Theoden's, over the others - one exception though, and that's Anglachel/Gurthang. It's just so awesome...

My favourite would have to be Anduril. I love the writing on it and how awesome it is, as well as Aragorn's hunting knife. Absolutely amazing! although i do admit Hadhafang is a lovely sword as well

I like crossbows. They are very strong but the are slow in reloading I think that Uruks are wearing them.

My favourite weapon is the Staff of Curinur. It is an ancient and powerful weapon. That, and it belongs to one of the greatest wizards of our time!!!:evil:

Has to be Sting. Nice and small, and the Runes etched onto the Blade is pretty cool. Though Hadhafang is my other option.

I like Aragorn's first "hero sword". Simple, but elegant and devestating to the enemy. I'm a tall guy, so a sword with a long reach is ideal.

Gurthang! As Nenya_Ring said, it'd be great to have a sword that talks back. (Plus its lines in OFUM 2 were hysterical. ) After that Anduril, just cause... well... it's cool!

Mine's Sauron's mace and the Witch Kings mace. Sauron's mace because of the amazing detail on it and the witch kings mace because of the size...It's so big!
I also like String, the detail on the blade is beatiful, I also love the way it glows blue.
